• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and the KYC process must be truthful, accurate, and current. PG333 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted only one active account at PG333. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen.

As a PG333 account holder, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. This includes all bets placed, financial transactions made, and any other use of the PG333 platform using your login credentials.

PG333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials. However, we maintain an active security monitoring system to detect suspicious activity and will take appropriate action to protect your account whenever an anomaly is identified.

Prohibited conduct on the PG333 platform:

• Use of automated software or bots to place bets
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches in games
• Collusion between members in player-versus-player games
• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or identity falsification
• Attempts to disrupt or attack PG333's platform infrastructure

PG333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account for specific reasons outlined in this section. Such decisions are made to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of other members.

A member's account may be suspended or closed under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these PG333 Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity
• Voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted by the member (responsible gaming feature)
• Instructions from the relevant authorities
• Negative account balances left unresolved within the stipulated period

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform
• The content of third-party websites or platforms that may link to or from PG333
• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of your PG333 account resulting from your own negligence

These PG333 Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between a member and PG333 will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body.
